ADJUSTABLE CHANNEL RACK TOTE BOX STORAGE SYSTEM
A complete, fully adjustable system for storage of production components
and assemblies. Channel sections may be repositioned easily and quickly
without tools on 1 inch centers to accommodate PCC tote boxes of all sizes.
The patented locking mechanism releases easily, relocates and locks positively.
All models are made of durable, corrosion resistant chromate finish,
aqualac-coated steel with all welded construction for greater rigidity.
Optional 5" swivel casters are available to make the versatile rack
into a hand cart for greater parts handling mobility. Single and double
slide members can be ordered to meet your specific tote box or tray storage
requirements.
| Special channel design includes extra wide upper channel surface
to prevent box lip from becoming disengaged from slot when box is pulled
out for parts removal. |
 Patented assembly method is simple and fast.
Two split tapered sleeves are positioned on the grooved upright post at
the desired level. Collars welded on each end of the adjustable angles wedge
over tapered sleeves providing rigid, positive lock of all components.
